OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize entry will be selected at random from the eligible entries received. . There is no retail value to the prize to this portion of the prize. There will be one (1) grand prize awarded to the selected entrant which will be selected at random. The grand prize will consist of the following: One (1) 8GB video iPod with “Common Reaction” pre-loaded, One (1) Person Message from Leisha Hailey and Camila Grey The approximate total retail value of the Grand Prize is $300.00 USD. Before being declared a winner of any prize, any selected entrant who is a resident of Canada or France, must have correctly answered a mathematical skill-testing question posed during a telephone interview or in person, without mechanical or other assistance. Before being declared a winner, each selected entrant will be required to sign a Declaration and Release Form confirming compliance with the Contest rules and acceptance of the prize as awarded, releasing Nettwerk Productions, and Uh Huh Her ("the Sponsors") from any and all liability in association with the contest or the prize.. The Sponsors reserve the right to cancel this promotion at any time for any reason.. The prizes are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash. The prizes must be accepted as described and as awarded and no cash option is available for the non-cash portions of the prizes. If a Selected Entrant cannot be reached with 24 Hours once notified or any prize is returned as undeliverable, or a Selected Entrant is unable or unwilling to comply in full with these Official Contest rules, the prize will be forfeited. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to all legal individual residents of Canada (excluding Quebec), the United States (except Rhode Island), the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, Japan and South Korea who have reached their thirteenth (13th) birthday (19th birthday in France) as at April 1st, 2008, except for employees of the Sponsors and their affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and all persons with whom such excepted persons are domiciled. The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Contest should a virus, bug or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsors corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsors reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
